To start clean the side panels and then dry Remove the inner down bars in the middle of the panel then you are ready to mark out the panel Draw a line down the front edge next to the door 205mm from edge Then mark out bottom 45mm from bottom of the panel ,these two lines are your start point Place frame on the edges of the lines and draw round the frame with a sharpie marker pen
Now you have marked out the windows on both sides You can mask up around the hole, so you do not damage the paintwork with the cutters base plate When cutting stay on the line Once you have cut out the hole try your window in the hole and the window should be tight but should sit flat to the metalwork When happy you can remove the frame and tape
Clean the edge of the frame with a wipe from the kit then dry off Now take a cotton bud and prime the frame then allow to dry Once dry take the foam edging from the kit and apply round the edge of the frame as shown in the picture
Now prime the edge of the metalwork around the hole Not to much or you will see the primer once the frame is fitted About 9-10 mm max
Take the nozzle and glue from the kit Then glue around the frame between the foam and the inner metalwork using a nice and even bead Foam is there to cushion the frame and to stop any over spill of glue Then once this is done place the frame into the hole making sure its flat
Take the VGS plastic square clips ( 15 in each packet ) from the kit Then click them between the frame and the body work inside the vehicle 4-5 clips each side then the rest are top and bottom THIS WILL PULL THE FRAME IN AND THE METAL WORK OUT TO CORRECT POSITION Clean off any small bits of excess glue from around the frame
